I came to understand how to access my potential later on in life and wished I had known this in my youth, I had no idea that the way I felt about myself impacted on what I could achieve.

Due to my own challenges I left school with no GCSE’s and felt like a failure. I wouldn’t wish that feeling on my enemy. So as a Master Practitioner I use NLP to Liberate potential with the Liberate Me Program.

In the last five years I have specialised in Facilitating & Developing NLP Well-being programmes to improve confidence and self-esteem, with Central Bedfordshire, Bedford Borough and Tower Hamlet Schools including Pupil Referral Units and NEET’S.

One of the most important things that I have discovered is that ‘There are no un-resourceful people only un-resourceful states’, knowing that all the resources are within you, means you have the ability to be anything you put your mind to.
